    We are looking for Recruiting Account Representatives who are ready to place 70-80 outbound telephone calls a day.  While mastering our business you are paid commissions on the recruiting leads you generate for the Account Executives you support.  What’s next?  Based on your performance and the needs of the business, your next move is up to Account Executive managing your own territory.

    Our ideal candidate has staffing or recruiting experience and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.  In this role you will maintain and develop new / existing physician relationships, and work collaboratively with your assigned Account Executives.  You are also responsible for maintaining and updating database information.


    • Highly motivated and results oriented
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong multitasking and time management skills 
    • Solid problem-solving and consultative skills
    • Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 1-2 years staffing, recruiting, or consultative B2B sales skills preferred
    • Cold calling or call center environment experience a plus
